June 20, 2011 99th Annual Meeting of the Board of Incorporators The 99th Annual Meeting of the Incorporators was held on June 20th and included a brief business meeting, a vote on a new slate of officers for the Board of Trustees, and the induction of several new members to the Board of Incorporators. Nominees to the Board to Trustees included Diane Share, Don Bliss and Sue Tober, all of whom were approved unanimously by Incorporators in attendance. In addition to the new Trustees, the Incorporators voted to approve two members of the Board who will fill vacant officer positions. Former Board Secretary, Cindy Knapp was approved as the Vice-President. Karen Freda was approved as Board Secretary. The positions of Board President and Treasurer will continue to be filled by Dennis Stone and Raymond Ambrogi, respectively. The Mark Wentworth Home is pleased to welcome newly inducted Incorporators Genevieve Benton, Marcia Daughtry, Kent Hubbard, and Jim and Kathy Landers. Plans are being made for a celebration of the Home's 100th anniversary, which will include a collective focus on the Home's impact on tradition, community and innovation from its position as a leader in senior living on the Seacoast. |
